What do they do? There's no indication of the services this company provides
The company logo and the sponsorship logo are too close together and are fighting for prominence. There should be more emphasis on the Yep logo and less on the Gleeds logo
The design doesn't match the copy. The opening line in the copy reads 'YEP provides a dynamic and exciting forum for young entrepreneurs...' The site doesn't look dynamic nor is it exciting.
The images used don't tell us anything about the company. They are lacking emotion and they don't make us 'feel' anything apart from boring!
The colours are conservative and not exciting
The white rules used to separate the layout look dated and clumsy
The white text is difficult to read. It would improve readability if the text were black on a light background
